Working principle of impact crusher machine:

Impact crusher machine is one kind of crushing machinery that uses the impact energy to crush the raw material. When impactor crusher is working, rotors do high speed rotation by the driven of electric machine. In the plate hammer function area, raw material is crushed with the rotor. Then it will be thrown to the impact device for the next crushing process. By the spring function, raw materials are spring from the impact device to plat hammer function area for the next crushing process. This process is repeated. Raw materials are crushed in the first, second and third crushing chamber until it has been crushed to the ideal size. The adjustment between impact frame and rotor can change the particle size and material shape of final product.
