Working Principle of jaw crusher machine:

The working way of jaw crusher machine is song moving squeezing type. Working principle of jaw crusher machine is: motor drives belt and pulley. Movable jaw will do up-and-down motion along with the eccentric shaft. When movable jaw is rising and closed to the fixed jaw, raw material will be crushed by the squeezing action. When movable jaw moves towards downside, movable jaw will far away from fix jaw under the function of spring. The crushed material will be discharged from the discharging port under the gravity action. According to the periodic crushing and discharging process, jaw breaker can realize the volume production.
