Rock crushing plant information:

General natural rock is big, it isn't ideal for construction building. Then we must crush these rocks into small size or alter the kind of it in rock crushing plant. Rock crushers will be the machine that is used to cut back the dimensions, or change the kind of waste materials for them to be more easily disposed of or recycled, or to reduce the size of a solid mix of garbage (such as rock ore), in order that bits of different composition can be differentiated. Usually we crush rocks into 10mm, 12mm, 19mm, 25mm, 50mm, and 100mm.

Crushing equipment in rock crushing plant:

In rock crushing plant, jaw crusher can be used as primary crusher machine, when big rocks are crushed smaller after jaw crusher, they may be transferred to impact crusher or cone crusher for secondary crushing, then go through the rock shaping machine to get cubic size. Using screening machine to screen the suitable rock aggregate, the unsuitable rocks return to the crusher machine for re-crushing. Rock crusher equipment may be divided into quarry crusher, lime rock crusher, marble crusher, granite crusher, according to the chemical properties.
 

Rock crushing plant process:

First, garbage are delivered to the vibrating feeder through hopper, they may be fed into rock jaw crusher evenly and continuously. After crushed by jaw crusher, materials are then sent into rock impact crusher where it will be through secondary crush which makes cubical shaped product. After second crushing, materials are provided for vibrating screen that can separate different products according to the needs you have. While those particles haven't attained the mandatory fineness will be returned to impact crusher for tertiary crushing. Based on different technics requirements, deploy with suitable model equipment, and develop its optimum behavior.
