　 Cone crusher is the commonly used crusher in mining industry. This article will introduce the common problems and fault analysis about cone crusher.

First, which cause the vibration of cone crusher? The reasons are as followings: 1. Crusher tightness of the spring is not enough. 2. Uneven or too much feeding about cone crusher. 3. Powder ore or the moist content is too high. This will cause the blocking of cone crusher and the abnormal vibration.
Second, which cause the noisy of cone crusher during the crushing process? During the operation process, cone crusher spring plays the protect function. When mineral ore has not broken objects, the discharging port will increasing and the other objects will be discharged. Then cone crusher inner will appear dramatic impact sound. The supporting sets up and then began the normal work.
Third, why cone crusher oil pressure rise and the oil temperature is raised at the same time? The clogged of crusher thin oil lubrication system of oil pipeline will cause the increasing of oil pressure and the oil temperature. The clogged of crusher oil line also will cause the increasing of oil pressure and the oil temperature.
